What Is the Voice Foundations: 4-Week Vocal Feminization Challenge?

This completely free challenge runs from January 5 to February 2, 2025, offering you a structured, guided experience. 

You’ll receive weekly emails packed with videos, handouts, and exercises to help you build a feminine-perceived voice. 

The challenge culminates in a live Q&A session where you can celebrate your growth, ask questions, and plan your next steps.

Challenge Schedule

 

Week 1 - January 5: Goal Setting and Vocal Warm Ups

In Week 1, we’ll kickstart your vocal transformation by setting clear intentions for the challenge. You’ll learn essential warm-up exercises, including the foundational Cup Bubbles Exercise, which will help you establish a strong vocal foundation. We’ll also guide you through creating a sustainable practice habit, setting you up for success throughout the next four weeks.

Week 2 - January 12: Pitch Exploration and Vocal Endurance

In Week 2, we focus on building vocal strength and flexibility through targeted pitch exercises. These exercises will help you explore the full range of your voice while enhancing endurance, so you can sustain your desired pitch range with ease.

Week 3 - January 19: Finding Forward Resonance

This week, you’ll learn how to create a forward, feminine resonance using nasal sounds—an essential element of a feminine vocal quality. Mastering this technique will help you sound more naturally feminine while ensuring your voice remains clear and vibrant.

  • Forward resonance exercises using nasal sounds

  • Breath control tips to maintain your forward resonance

  • A habit tracker to reinforce your daily practice


Week 4 - January 26: Explore Your Vocal Tract

In Week 4, we dive deeper into understanding how the elements of your vocal tract shape your resonance. You’ll learn how to adjust these elements to create a more feminine sound and refine your vocal control.

Bonus: Midweek Encouragement Emails
